How it works
- Boosts
- A boost lifts your profile in recruiter searches and candidate matches for 48 hours. It adds 10 points to your match score, only where you already score 40 or more. Boosted results are always labelled.
- Applications
- Each application uses one from your monthly allowance. Withdrawing does not return it. Applying to the same job twice is never counted.
- Contact details
- A doctor's email and phone are shared with an institution once they apply. The recruiter's details are shared with the doctor once they are shortlisted.
- Billing
- Prices are in rupees. Prices exclude 18% GST. Checkout adds GST and a 0.4% payment processing fee. A plan is paid for 30 days at a time through Razorpay and never renews on its own. Renew before it ends to keep your plan; upgrading part way through takes the unused days off the new price.
