How it works
- Boosts
- A boost lifts a job in doctors' recommendations and on the jobs board for 48 hours. It adds 10 points to the match score, only for doctors who already score 40 or more. Boosted jobs are always labelled.
- Job postings
- Each posting stays live for 30 days. Pausing does not extend it. Applicants and interview history stay available after it closes.
- Contact details
- A doctor's email and phone are shared with an institution once they apply. The recruiter's details are shared with the doctor once they are shortlisted.
- Billing
- Prices are in rupees. Prices exclude 18% GST. Checkout adds GST and a 0.4% payment processing fee. A plan is paid for 30 days at a time through Razorpay and never renews on its own. Renew before it ends to keep your plan; upgrading part way through takes the unused days off the new price.
